Job summary

Sage is seeking a Program Execution and Project Manager to drive strategic initiatives across Sales and Success Digital Enablement. You will align with RTR, regions, and functions to deliver large-scale impact while improving processes and governance.

The role is hybrid, based in-office 3 days per week, with responsibilities spanning project planning, stakeholder engagement, and performance measurement to support go-to-market and customer success objectives.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in business program management, project management or business operations.
• Proven ability to collaborate across groups to drive rhythm of business.
• Strong change management and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of global strategic initiatives and programs with Sales and Success Digital Enablement teams, RTR, and regions.
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, RACIs, stakeholder maps, and communications strategies.
• Provide project administration and process support to a team of PMs.
• Foster partnerships with Sales, Customer Success, IT, Marketing, and Customer Support.
• Drive projects within governance, change impact assessment, and execution models.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for project success.
• Ensure continuous improvement and lessons learned in projects.
• Establish performance indicators and report program status to leadership.
