Job summary

Sage is seeking a Project Execution and Project Management professional to lead strategic cross-functional initiatives within the Sales and Success Digital Enablement team in the United States. You will drive multi-year programs, establish RACIs and stakeholder maps, and deliver outcomes aligned with corporate objectives.

You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, IT, Marketing, and Support to ensure timely execution, report progress to executives, and consistently seek process improvements

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in business program management, project management or business operations.
• Proven ability to collaborate across groups, to drive clarity and rhythm of business.
• Proactive change management mindset with strong business acumen.
• Ability to manage matrixed organization and drive outcomes.
• Experience driving complex multi-stakeholder planning processes.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas for leadership and communication.
• Strong verbal and written communication across dispersed audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of global strategic initiatives and programs, ensuring alignment with sales and success digital enablement team, RTR, regions, function and broader Sage impact.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, timelines, RACIs, stakeholder maps, communication strategies and other supporting processes.
• Foster strong partnerships with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success, IT, Marketing, and Customer Support.
• Drive projects forward with governance, change impact assessment and project/program execution model.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Resolve issues proactively and maintain a focus on continuous improvement and lessons learned.
• Establish performance indicators and success metrics to evaluate program effectiveness.
• Prepare and deliver detailed reports on program status to executive leadership.
