Job summary

Sage is seeking a Project Execution and Project Manager to lead global strategic initiatives within the Sales and Success Digital Enablement team. You will drive cross-functional programs, develop robust project plans, RACIs, stakeholder maps and success metrics, and report program outcomes to executives.

This hybrid role requires collaborating across Sales, Customer Success, IT, Marketing and Support. You will optimize operational processes, manage change impact assessments and guide teams

Qualifications

• 7 years' experience in business program management, project management or business operations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs and drive alignment across regions and functions.
• Strong business acumen with change management and process improvement capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of global strategic initiatives and programs with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, RACIs and stakeholder maps for corporate objectives.
• Foster partnerships with Sales, Customer Success, IT, Marketing and Customer Support.
• Drive governance, risk mitigation and continuous improvement across programs.
• Deliver detailed program status reports to executive leadership.
