Job summary

Sage is seeking a Project Execution and Project Management professional to lead strategic cross-functional programs within the Sales and Success Digital Enablement team. The role focuses on driving go-to-market initiatives, operational efficiency, and robust project governance across global teams from a centralized PMO perspective.

The position is hybrid with in-office presence three days per week, requiring strong collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, IT, Marketing and Support to deliver

Qualifications

• 7 years' experience in business program management, project management or business operations.
• Ability to collaborate across groups to drive rhythm of business.
• Proactiveness and change-management mindset with strong business acumen.
• Ability to manage matrixed organizations and drive outcomes.
• Proven effectiveness driving multi-stakeholder planning and cross-team programs.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas for leadership and communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of global strategic initiatives and programs in alignment with sales and success digital enablement teams.
• Develop and implement project and program plans, timelines, RACIs, stakeholder maps, and communication strategies.
• Foster partnerships with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success, IT, Marketing, and Customer Support.
• Drive projects within established governance and change impact assessment models.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Prepare and deliver detailed program status reports to executive leadership.
