Job summary

Sage in the United States is seeking a Project Execution and Project Management professional to lead cross-functional strategic initiatives within the Sales and Success Digital Enablement team. You will drive large programs, develop project plans, RACIs, and success metrics to align with go-to-market goals.

This hybrid role demands 7+ years of program or project management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business program management, project management or business operations.
• Proven track record collaborating across groups to drive clarity and rhythm of business.
• Change management mindset with strong business acumen to ramp across diverse offerings.
• Ability to manage matrixed organization complexity and drive outcomes.
• Experience driving multi-stakeholder planning and cross-team programs.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas for leadership and through communications.
• Strong verbal and written communications across dispersed audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of global strategic initiatives and programs aligned with Sales and Success Digital Enablement, RTR, and regional objectives.
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, RACIs, stakeholder maps, and communication strategies.
• Provide project administration and process support to a team of project managers.
• Foster partnerships with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success, IT, Marketing, and Customer Support.
• Drive governance, change impact assessments, and a scalable execution model.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Prepare and deliver detailed program status reports and business impact to executives.
