Sage is seeking a Project Execution and Project Management professional to lead global strategic initiatives within the Sales and Success Digital Enablement team. You will drive cross-functional programs, develop robust project plans, and establish success metrics to impact Sage at scale.

You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, IT, Marketing, and Customer Support, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and delivering results across regions and functions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business program management, PMO or operations.
• Experience collaborating across groups to drive rhythm of business.
• Strong change-management mindset with business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead global strategic initiatives and programs across Sales and Success Digital Enablement.
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, RACIs and stakeholder maps.
• Provide project administration and support to a team of project managers.
• Establish performance indicators and report program status to executives.
