Job summary

Draper is seeking a Senior Program Finance Analyst to support program-level planning and finance leadership in Cambridge, MA. The role focuses on Earned Value, cost performance, and financial deliverables across programs.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance with 7+ years of related experience and strong EVMS knowledge, along with DoD contracting exposure and Excel proficiency. Base salary range is $95,000–$245,000 and includes competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or relevant discipline; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years of related experience in program finance.
• Strong EVMS experience and financial control knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provides timely and accurate metrics on schedule and cost performance using Earned Value.
• Supports baseline development activities and development of charge numbers/WBS.
• Provides updates for programs with Earned Value requirements in ERP or Cobra.
• Provides analysis and reports on performance variances to budget and assists with recovery plans.
• Analyzes and reports risks & opportunities to baseline cost, schedule, and EAC.
• Maintains the Project-Activity Structure (Charge Numbers).
• Provides timely completion of the EAC process and time-phased estimates.
• Develops and monitors the program-level time-phased plan for revenue forecasts.
• Provides inputs for PMRs and QBRs.
• Ensures timely invoicing and collection of receivables.
• Reviews and communicates status of program financials and funding.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
