Job summary

Draper is a nonprofit R&D organization in Cambridge, MA, seeking a Senior Program Finance Analyst to apply Earned Value management and program-control practices across defense and national security programs.

The role partners with Program Managers, CAMs, and schedulers to produce accurate cost and schedule metrics and support planning, PMRs, and QBRs. A strong accounting background and DoD experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related program finance experience.
• Experience with EVMS and government contracts.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides timely and accurate metrics on schedule and cost performance utilizing Earned Value or related processes.
• Supports baseline development and charge numbers / WBS as applicable.
• Maintains updates for programs with/without EV requirements in ERP or Cobra.
• Generates analysis and narratives for variances and recovery plans.
• Analyzes risks & opportunities to baselines, EAC, and forecast.
• Delivers timely invoicing and collection of receivables.
