Job summary

Draper in Cambridge, MA seeks a Senior Program Finance Analyst to deliver financial acumen, accuracy, and support to program teams. You will work with CAMs, schedulers, and program managers to ensure cost and schedule performance using Earned Value.

The role requires 7+ years of experience and a Bachelor's in accounting/finance; a Master’s is preferred. Base US salary ranges widely by location, with strong emphasis on EVMS and government contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field; master's preferred.
• 7+ years of related experience in program finance or EVMS.
• Experience with government contracts and earned value management.

Responsibilities

• Provides timely and accurate metrics on schedule and cost performance using EVMS.
• Supports baseline development, charge numbers and WBS as applicable.
• Generates updates for programs with/without EV requirements in ERP or Cobra.
• Analyzes variances to budget and assists with recovery plans.
• Reports risks & opportunities to baseline cost, schedule, and EAC.
• Maintains the program-level time-phased plan for revenue forecast and budgeting.
• Delivers data inputs and variance narratives for PMRs and QBRs.
• Ensures timely invoicing and collection of receivables.
• Communicates program financial status and funding disposition.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
