Job summary

Draper is a nonprofit R&D organization seeking a Senior Program Finance Analyst to provide financial acumen and program-control support to PMs, CAMs, and leadership using Earned Value methods.

The role includes baseline development, EAC processing, and revenue forecasting across programs, with input for PMRs and QBRs. Requires 7+ years, a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, and familiarity with DoD regulations; security clearance may be required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or related discipline; master's preferred.
  • 7+ years of related experience.
  • U.S. government security clearance may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Provides timely and accurate metrics on schedule and cost performance utilizing Earned Value or related processes.
  • Supports baseline development activities and development of charge numbers and WBS as applicable.
  • Provides updates/changes as required for programs with and without Earned Value requirements in applicable tools (ERP or Cobra).
  • Provides analysis and reports on variances to budget and assist with recovery plans as needed.
  • Analyzes and reports risks & Opportunities to the baseline cost, schedule, and the EAC.
  • Ensures timely maintenance of the Project-Activity Structure (Charge Numbers).
  • Provides timely completion of the Estimate at Complete (EAC) process, processing time-phased updates and EAC package support for Program Financial Planning and Reporting.
