Job summary

Draper Labs in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Senior Program Finance Analyst to ensure financial acumen, accuracy, and support to programs. You will assist program managers, CAMs, and schedulers with Earned Value, baseline planning, and EAC processes.

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or related discipline; Master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides timely and accurate metrics on schedule and cost performance utilizing Earned Value or related processes.
• Supports baseline development activities and development of charge numbers and WBS as applicable.
• Provides updates/changes for programs with and without Earned Value requirements in applicable tools (ERP or Cobra).
• Provides analysis and reports on the performance variances to budget and assist with recovery plans as needed.
• Analyzes and reports risks & Opportunities to the baseline cost, schedule, and the EAC.
• Ensures timely maintenance of the Project-Activity Structure (Charge Numbers).
• Provides timely completion of the Estimate at Complete (EAC) process and related package support.
• Develops and Monitors the program level time-phased plan for revenue forecast, budget, and 5-year planning.
• Provides inputs for PMRs and QBRs.
• Provides timely invoicing and collection of customer receivables.
• Reviews and communicates the status of program financials including funding status and cancellations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
