Job summary

Draper is seeking a Senior Program Finance Analyst to ensure financial acumen, accuracy, and dedicated support to the program(s) they back. This role collaborates with Finance leadership, Program Managers, CAMs, and Schedulers to meet objectives using Earned Value and related controls.

The position involves baseline development, EAC, time-phased planning, and reporting for PMRs and QBRs, with potential need for a government security clearance. Cambridge, MA-based role with competitive salary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or related discipline; Master's preferred.
  • 7+ years of related experience.
  • Experience with Earned Value management and program cost/schedule control.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate metrics on schedule and cost performance using Earned Value or related processes.
  • Support baseline development, charge numbers, and WBS as applicable.
  • Update and communicate changes for programs with/without EV requirements in ERP or Cobra.
  • Analyze variances to budget and assist with recovery plans.
  • Report risks and opportunities to baselines, EAC, and funding status.
  • Maintain Project-Activity Structure (Charge Numbers) and complete EAC processes.
  • Develop and monitor time-phased programs for revenue forecasts and five-year planning.
  • Prepare inputs and narratives for PMRs and QBRs.
  • Ensure timely invoicing and collection of receivables.
  • Communicate program financial status to stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
