Job summary

Draper is seeking a Sr. Program Finance Analyst to provide financial acumen and timely metrics for complex programs in Cambridge, MA, with flexibility for remote work.

You will support program leaders, CAMs, schedulers, and PMRs, delivering accurate cost and schedule data and managing EAC processes. The role requires strong EVMS experience, knowledge of DoD requirements, and the ability to communicate findings to all management levels.

Qualifications

• EVMS principles in daily operations.
• Knowledge of DoD program financial controls.
• FAR/DFARS experience and CAS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely metrics on schedule and cost performance using Earned Value.
• Support baseline development, WBS, and charge numbers.
• Analyze variances to budget and assist with recovery plans.
• Prepare EAC and time-phased estimates for program financial planning.
• Support PMRs and QBRs with financial data and narratives.
• Coordinate invoicing and collection of receivables.
