Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of related program finance experience.
• Knowledge of EVMS principles and DoD contract controls.
• Familiarity with CAS/FAR/DFARS requirements.
• Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• Ability to present complex info to management.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely metrics on schedule and cost performance using Earned Value.
• Support baseline development and WBS creation for programs.
• Update programs in ERP or Cobra with EV requirements.
• Analyze variances to budget and assist with recovery plans.
• Assess risks and opportunities to baseline cost and EAC.
• Maintain Project-Activity Structure and charge numbers.
• Complete EAC process with time-phased updates and reporting.
• Develop program-level time-phased revenue planning.
• Provide inputs for PMRs and QBRs.
• Process invoicing and collect receivables.
• Communicate status of program financials and funding.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
