Job summary

Draper in Cambridge, MA seeks a Senior Program Finance Analyst to ensure financial acumen, accuracy, and dedicated support to the programs, interfacing with Program Managers, CAMs, and Schedulers to meet objectives using Earned Value.

You will develop program-level planning, manage EAC, time-phased revenue, and provide PMR/QBR inputs; apply DoD regulations and COBRA/ERP tools. Requires 7+ years and a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related experience in program finance.
• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance; master's preferred.
• Knowledge of EVMS and DoD program controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate metrics on schedule and cost using Earned Value.
• Support baseline development activities and development of charge numbers and WBS.
• Update programs with and without EV requirements in ERP or Cobra.
• Analyze and report variances to budget and assist with recovery plans.
• Develop and monitor time-phased plan for revenue forecast, budget, and 5-year planning.
• Provide inputs for PMRs and QBRs and ensure timely invoicing and collection.
