Job summary

The Senior Program Finance Analyst at Draper in Cambridge, MA will provide financial acumen, accuracy, and program control support across multiple programs using Earned Value concepts. You will work with Program Managers, CAMs, and Schedulers to deliver timely metrics and ensure cost and schedule performance.

You will develop baseline plans, charge numbers, and WBS, perform EAC computations, prepare variance narratives for PMRs/QBRs, and support invoicing and receivables while applying DoD

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 7+ years of related experience in program finance and EVMS.
  • Knowledge of DoD financial controls and federal regulations (FAR/CAS).

Responsibilities

  • Provides timely metrics on schedule and cost performance using EVMS.
  • Supports baseline development, WBS and charge numbers.
  • Prepares EAC updates, variance analyses, and PMR/QBR inputs.
  • Ensures timely invoicing and collection of receivables.
