Job summary

Draper, Cambridge-based research and development organization, seeks a Senior Program Finance Analyst to ensure financial acumen and accurate support for programs, including scheduling and cost performance using Earned Value.

You will work with Program Managers, CAMs, and Schedulers to develop baselines, monitor EACs, and deliver timely financial reporting, while maintaining compliance with applicable DoD regs and standards.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or relevant discipline.
• 7+ years of related experience in program finance.
• Experience with EVMS and government contracting standards.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide metrics on schedule and cost performance using Earned Value.
• Support baseline development, WBS, and charge numbers.
• Create updates for programs with or without EV requirements in ERP or Cobra.
• Analyze variances to budget and assist with recovery plans.
• Identify risks and opportunities to cost, schedule, and EAC.
• Maintain Project-Activity Structure and charge numbers timely.
• Complete EAC process and time-phased estimates.
• Develop and monitor program-level revenue plans for forecasting.
• Prepare inputs and variance narratives for PMRs and QBRs.
• Process invoicing and collect receivables promptly.
• Communicate status of program financials and funding availability.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
