Job summary

Draper seeks a Senior Program Finance Analyst to join our Cambridge-based team. You will provide financial acumen, rigor, and support to program managers, CAMs, and schedulers, applying Earned Value and related controls to meet contract deliverables.

You will develop and communicate program financial results, maintain charge numbers, WBS, and EACs, and contribute to PMRs and QBRs. Strong DoD/EVMS knowledge is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with EVMS in programs.
• Knowledge of DoD regulations and standards (CAS/FAR/DFARS).
• Understanding of various contract types (FFP, FPIF, CPFF, CPIF, T&M).
• Experience in financial controls and revenue recognition.
• Ability to present complex information to management.

Responsibilities

• Provides timely and accurate metrics on schedule and cost performance using Earned Value or related processes.
• Supports baseline development, charge numbers, and WBS as applicable.
• Provides updates for programs with/without EV requirements in ERP/Cobra.
• Analyzes variances to budget and assists with recovery plans.
• Assists with EAC processes and time-phased estimates for planning.
