Job summary

WCG is seeking a seasoned Program Director to oversee client relationships and governance across multiple programs. You will establish KPI-based oversight, develop strategic plans, and ensure seamless service delivery for customers.

The role requires driving cross-functional collaboration, managing risks, and providing executive-level insights. A PMP/certified approach is a plus, with 10+ years in program management and a background in clinical research. Travel 10–20% is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience with successful delivery and customer impact.
• 5+ years of CFR Part 11 compliance experience in pharmaceutical projects.
• 3+ years in account management/client relationship management.
• Background in clinical research and technology preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Ability to lead through influence in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual operational plans, reports and executive briefs for client programs.
• Schedule and oversee periodic client governance meetings and reporting requirements.
• Manage SLAs, governance agreements, and performance reporting for clients.
• Set objectives, track progress and drive program outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate status to clients and executives.
• Provide strategic vision and leadership for client programs.
• Assess risks and implement action plans with operations.
• Support sales and onboarding with client-facing deliverables.
• Act as SME on sales calls and client questions.
