Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience with successful delivery and customer impact.
• 5+ years in pharma projects requiring CFR Part 11 compliance.
• 3+ years in Account Management/Client Relationship Management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual operational plans, reports and executive briefs for client programs.
• Plan, schedule and manage periodic client governance meetings as defined per client.
• Manage SLAs, governance agreements, and required reporting for clients.
• Set objectives and track progress, setbacks and performance.
• Manage relationships and communicate program status to client and WCG executives.
• Coordinate and oversee cross-functional staffed programs.
• Maintain processes for documentation, reports and plans.
• Provide strategic vision and leadership for client programs.
• Assess and manage program risks with operations for action plans.
• Track, record, and analyze program results and performance data.
• Provide strategic support to sites and sponsors, ensuring ROI.
• Attendance and punctuality are essential functions.
