Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience with delivery impact.
• 5+ years on pharmaceutical projects requiring CFR Part 11 compliance.
• 3+ years in Account Management/Client Relationship Management.
• Background in Clinical Research and technology preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to influence and negotiate.
• Strong leadership in cross-functional teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Visio and Project.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual plans, reports and executive briefs for client programs.
• Plan, schedule and manage periodic client governance meetings.
• Manage SLAs, governance agreements and reporting for clients.
• Set objectives for the program and track progress and performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional program delivery and oversight.
• Provide strategic leadership for client programs.
• Assess and manage program risks with operations.
• Track and analyze program results and ROI for clients.
• Support sales during onboarding and client questions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert to the sales team.
