Job summary

WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking a Program Director to oversee key client relationships and governance of multiple programs. You will develop KPIs, provide oversight, and coordinate service delivery to ensure a seamless customer experience.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration with operations and sponsors. A PMP certification is a plus, and travel is expected to support client engagements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience delivering customer-facing programs.
• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical industry projects with CFR Part 11 compliance.
• 3+ years in account management/client relationship management.
• Background in Clinical Research and technology preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual operational plans, reports, and executive briefs for client programs.
• Plan and manage periodic client governance meetings.
• Manage SLAs and governance agreements and required reporting.
• Set objectives for the program and track progress and risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional program staff and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Provide strategic vision and leadership for client programs.
