Job summary

WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking a Program Director to oversee key client relationships and coordinate governance across multiple programs. You will develop KPIs to ensure service delivery aligns with client needs and drive seamless, high-quality outcomes.

The role requires senior-level program oversight, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to deliver strategic vision while managing risks and ROI for customers across sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience with customer impact.
• 5+ years on pharmaceutical industry projects with CFR Part 11.
• 3+ years in Account Management/Client Relationship Management.
• Background in Clinical Research and technology preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal & organizational skills across levels.
• Ability to influence, negotiate and lead diverse teams.
• Strong planning, budgeting, and reporting capabilities.
• Proficient with MS Office, Project, Visio and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual operational plans, reports and executive briefs.
• Plan, schedule and manage client governance meetings.
• Manage SLAs, governance agreements and required reporting.
• Set objectives and track program progress and ROI.
• Coordinate cross-functional program delivery and status updates.
• Maintain documentation, reports and project plans.
• Provide strategic leadership and risk management.
• Support sales during onboarding and client inquiries.
• Act as SME for sales and client relationships.
• Travel as required (10%–20%).
