Job summary

WCG is seeking a Program Director to oversee large client relationships, govern service delivery, and develop KPI-based oversight to ensure solutions meet customer needs. The role drives strategic vision and leadership across cross-functional teams to deliver seamless service experiences.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of program management experience, CFR Part 11 familiarity, and strong communication skills to liaise with sponsors and sites. Travel 10–20% may apply.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program management with customer impact.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical projects with CFR Part 11 compliance.
• 3+ years in account management/client relationships.
• Background in Clinical Research and technology preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal & organizational skills.
• Ability to lead through influencing and negotiating.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual operational plans, reports and executive briefs for client programs.
• Plan, schedule and manage periodic client governance meetings as defined per client.
• Manage all Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and required reporting for clients.
• Set objectives & goals for the program and track progress, setbacks, and performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional staffed programs and communicate status to client and executives.
• Provide strategic leadership while directing WCG client programs.
• Assess and manage program risks; coordinate action plans with operations.
• Track and analyze program results and ROI for customers.
• Support sales during onboarding and serve as a subject matter expert.
