The role requires 10+ years in program management, ideally in clinical research/pharma, with strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration to optimize ROI for sponsors and drive growth.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of program management with multi-program delivery.
• 5+ years pharma projects requiring CFR Part 11 compliance.
• 3+ years in Account Management/Client Relationship Management.
• Background in Clinical Research and technology preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead through influencing and negotiating.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficient with MS Office, Visio, Project and Adobe.

Aufgaben

• Prepare annual operational plans, reports and executive briefs for client programs.
• Plan, schedule and manage periodic client governance meetings.
• Manage all SLAs, Governance Agreements, and required reporting for clients.
• Set objectives & goals for the program and track progress.
• Manage relationship and communicate program status to client and WCG executives.
• Coordinate cross-functional staffed programs.
• Maintain processes to ensure program documentation, reports and plans are relevant and complete.
• Provide strategic vision and strong leadership for client programs.
• Assess and manage program risks with operations.
• Track, record, analyze program results and performance data.
• Provide strategic support to sites and sponsors, acting as liaison to ensure cross-functional ROI.
• Support sales during onboarding lifecycle and serve as SME to sales.
• Other duties as assigned.
