Job summary

WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Program Director to oversee strategic client relationships and governance across multiple programs. You will develop KPIs, provide program oversight, and ensure seamless service delivery to customers while coordinating cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes leadership, risk management, and the ability to drive value in a dynamic clinical research environment; PMP certification is a plus and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

10+ years of program management experience with customer impact.
5+ years of CFR Part 11 compliance experience.
3+ years in Account Management/Client Relationship Management.
Background in Clinical Research and technology preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare annual operational plans, reports and executive briefs for client programs.
Plan, schedule and manage periodic client governance meetings.
Manage all SLAs, governance agreements and required reporting for clients.
Set objectives and track progress for the program.
