Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience with customer impact and cross-functional leadership.
• 5+ years on pharmaceutical industry projects requiring CFR Part 11 compliance.
• 3+ years in account management/client relationships.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to communicate across levels.
• Ability to lead through influence and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual operational plans, reports and executive briefs for client programs.
• Plan and manage periodic client governance meetings.
• Manage SLAs, governance agreements, and required reporting.
• Set objectives and track progress and performance.
• Communicate program status to clients and executives.
• Coordinate cross-functional program staffing and oversight.
• Maintain documentation, reports and plans for accuracy and relevance.
• Provide strategic leadership for client programs and ROI to customers.
• Support sales and onboarding cycles with decks and client responses.
• Serve as a subject matter expert to the sales team.
