Job summary

WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking a Program Director to oversee assigned client relationships and coordinate governance across programs.

You will develop KPIs to ensure service delivery aligns with customer needs and drive a unified, seamless experience across WCG solutions. The role requires extensive program management expertise, CFR Part 11 familiarity, and strong leadership to manage cross-functional teams and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience with successful delivery and customer impact.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical projects requiring CFR Part 11 compliance.
• 3+ years in Account Management/Client Relationship Management.
• Background in Clinical Research and technology preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to lead through influencing and negotiating.
• Ability to organize diverse activities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and project-management skills.
• Proficiency in developing plans, budgets, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual operational plans, reports, and executive briefs for client programs.
• Plan, schedule, and manage periodic client governance meetings.
• Manage SLAs, governance agreements, and required reporting for clients.
• Set objectives for the program and track progress and performance.
• Communicate status to clients and WCG stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional programs and ensure documentation is current.
• Provide strategic vision and leadership for client programs.
