WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking a Program Director to oversee assigned client relationships, provide program governance, and develop KPIs to ensure our solutions meet customers’ needs. The role enhances service delivery and creates a seamless customer experience across WCG offerings.

Responsibilities include planning, reporting, risk management, and coordinating across cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes and measurable ROI for sponsors and sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience with successful delivery and customer impact.
• 5+ years in pharma/21 CFR Part 11 compliance projects.
• 3+ years in Account Management/Client Relationship Management.
• Background in Clinical Research and technology preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to work cross-functionally.
• Ability to lead through influencing and negotiating.
• Must organize diverse activities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficient with plan/budget development and reporting.
• Proficient with MS Office, Visio, PowerPoint and MS Project.

Responsabilités

• Prepare annual operational plans, reports, and executive briefs.
• Plan, schedule and manage client governance meetings.
• Manage SLA and governance reports for clients.
• Set objectives for the program and track progress and ROI.
• Coordinate cross-functional program staffing.
• Maintain accurate program documentation and plans.
• Provide strategic vision and leadership for client programs.
• Identify and manage program risks with operations.
• Track and analyze program results and performance data.
• Support sales and onboarding with client questions and deck prep.
