Job summary

WCG is seeking a Program Director to oversee the management of assigned client relationships and coordinate governance across partnerships. The role delivers program oversight, develops KPI’s, and helps unify service delivery to provide a seamless customer experience.

You will lead cross-functional teams, track performance data, manage risks, and support sales and onboarding activities, ensuring ROI for sponsors and sites in a fast-paced clinical research environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience with successful delivery and customer impact.
• 5+ years with CFR Part 11 compliance in pharmaceutical projects.
• 3+ years in Account Management/Client Relationship Management.
• Background in Clinical Research and technology preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead through influencing and negotiating.
• Organize diverse activities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in developing plans, budgets, and reporting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual operational plans, reports and executive briefs for client programs.
• Plan, schedule and manage periodic client governance meetings.
• Manage SLA’s, governance agreements, and required reporting for clients.
• Set objectives and track progress, setbacks, and performance.
• Communicate program status to clients and WCG executives.
• Coordinate cross-functional staffing for programs.
• Maintain processes for relevant, accurate program documentation.
• Provide strategic vision and leadership for client programs.
• Assess and manage program risks and action plans with operations.
• Track and analyze program results and ROI for customers.
• Support sales and onboarding, including deck prep and client Q&A.
• Serve as subject matter expert for the sales team.
