WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking a Program Director responsible for the overall management of assigned client relationships and governance. You will provide program oversight, develop KPIs, and enable seamless service delivery across WCG solutions to meet customer needs.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage SLAs and governance, and align strategic vision with operational execution, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of program management experience with a proven record of successful delivery and customer impact.
• 5+ years of experience working on pharmaceutical industry projects requiring CFR Part 11 compliance.
• 3+ years of experience in Account Management/Client Relationship Management.
• Background in Clinical Research and technology preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to communicate across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to lead through influencing and negotiating.
• Must be able to organize diverse activities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in developing plans and budgets, tracking, capacity planning and reporting.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint, as well as Adobe, Visio and Microsoft Project.

Aufgaben

• Prepare annual operational plans, reports and executive briefs for our WCG customer programs.
• Plan, schedule and manage periodic client governance meetings as defined per client.
• Manage all SLAs, Governance Agreements, and required reporting for clients.
• Set objectives and goals for the program and track progress, setbacks and performance.
• Manage relationships and communicate program status to client and WCG stakeholders.
• Coordinate and oversee cross-functional staffed programs.
• Maintain processes to ensure program documentation, reports and plans are accurate and complete.
• Provide strategic vision and leadership while directing client programs.
• Assess and manage program risks with operations to enact action plans.
• Track, record, analyze program results and ROI for customers.
• Support sales and onboarding lifecycle, including deck preparation and client questions.
• Serve as subject matter expert to sales team.
• Other duties as assigned.
