Job summary

RTX is seeking a Specialist of Program Cost Controls (P2) to support the Naval Standard Missile Systems portfolio within the OSC Finance Organization. You will oversee costs, variances, EAC development, and weekly cost runs, partnering with CAMs and Program Managers across contracts.

The role requires a degree or equivalent experience, strong Excel skills, and ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance. U.S. citizenship is required. Relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• University degree or higher; 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience updating, statusing financial and performance metrics driven reports.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and 365 tools.

Responsibilities

• Support creation of Estimates at Complete (EAC) quarterly.
• Provide cost, schedule, and funding planning, reporting, monitoring, and analysis.
• Prepare program financial forecasts and monitor actual costs.
• Manage cost accumulation methods weekly/monthly/quarterly.
• Assist in cost reduction projects and basis of estimates.
