Job summary

RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks a Financial Program Cost Controls Analyst to support a major multi-year production program. You will forecast, analyze cost/schedule, and guide the program team with earned value management and reporting.

Relocation assistance is offered; US citizenship and security clearance eligibility are required. The role emphasizes collaboration with PMs, CAMs, IPT leads, and OSC across a long-term contract environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, or 3+ years with an advanced degree.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting, risk identification and financial planning with independence.
• Provide cost and schedule analysis.
• Coordinate quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC).
• Provide financial guidance to Program Team and Leads.
• Prepare finance charts for reviews and reporting.
• Cost, schedule, financial analysis and funding planning using standard tools.
• Implement and maintain Earned Value Management.
• Support development of Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs).
• Establish and maintain program logs (Work Authorization, Contract Mod Log, R&Os).
