Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Specialist of Program Cost Controls (P2) to support the Naval Standard Missile Systems portfolio within the Naval Power SBU. The role requires US citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance, with onsite work in Tucson, AZ.

You will oversee weekly and monthly variance reporting, EAC development, and cost runs, collaborating with CAMs and Program Managers to meet financial targets.

Qualifications

• University degree or advanced degree required; 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience developing, updating, and statusing financial metrics and analysis.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with MS 365 tools.

Responsibilities

• Support EAC creation quarterly, including costs, risks and opportunities.
• Provide cost, schedule and funding planning, reporting and analysis.
• Prepare program financial forecasts and explain variances.
• Manage cost accumulation methods weekly, monthly and quarterly.
• Support cost reduction projects using manufacturing and functional expertise.
• Assist in cost estimates for new proposals and bases of estimates.
• Support factory and program activities in business management.
• Develop and streamline reports and EAC management.
• Create and maintain the control account structure
