Qualifications

• Experience in production schedule driven environments; ability to work in a profit-driven business.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Create Estimates at Complete (EAC) quarterly, including costs, risks, and opportunities.
• Provide cost, schedule and funding planning, reporting and analysis for OSC leaders.
• Prepare program financial forecasts and explain variances to plans.
• Manage cost data accumulation weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
• Support cost reduction projects with manufacturing and functional expertise.
• Assist in developing cost estimates for new proposals and basis of estimates.
