Job summary

RTX, the world’s leading aerospace and defense company, seeks a Specialist of Program Cost Controls to support OSC Finance across multiple contracts. You will develop EACs, monitor costs, generate forecasts, and partner with CAMs and PMOs to meet financial targets. This role requires a degree or equivalent and 2+ years in cost control, with strong Excel and SAP experience.

U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent; 2+ years in finance or cost control.
• Proven ability to develop EACs and cost variances.
• Strong Excel skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Eligibility for DoD security clearance (US citizenship required).

Responsibilities

• Support quarterly EAC development including costs, risks, and opportunities.
• Provide cost, schedule, funding planning, reporting, monitoring, and analysis to OSC leaders.
• Prepare program financial forecasts and explain variances to plans.
• Manage cost accumulation methods weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
• Provide cost reduction project support based on manufacturing expertise.
• Assist in preparing cost estimates for new proposals and develop rationale for estimates.
• Support factory/program activities in business management and organizational decisions.
• Develop and streamline reports, EAC management, and special projects.
