Job summary

RTX is seeking a Financial Program Controls Analyst for the Naval Shipboard Portfolio in a hybrid US-based role. You will collaborate with program leadership on cost, schedule, and EAC, delivering financial guidance and reporting to support program execution.

The position offers exposure to contract data deliverables, cross-functional interfaces, and growth opportunities within defense programs. Relocation and comprehensive benefits may apply.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business related field or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
• Experience interfacing with Contracts, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain in program development and execution.
• Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required; U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Forecast cost and schedule; lead quarterly EAC development and reviews.
• Provide financial guidance and solutions to Program Team and Leads.
• Prepare finance charts for PMRs and monthly operating reviews.
• Establish and maintain program logs and progress reports.
