Job summary

RTX is seeking a financially skilled professional for a program finance role onsite in the United States. The position requires a DoD Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to manage forecasts, EACs, and EVM processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field with a minimum of 8 years’ experience; or an advanced degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Contracts, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting, risk identification, and financial planning.
• Cost and schedule analysis.
• Coordinate development of quarterly Estimates at Completion (EACs).
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to Program Teams and Leads.
• Prepare financial charts for PMRs, MORs, financial overviews, and other reporting.
• Perform cost, schedule, financial analysis and reporting, and funding planning using standard tools.
• Implement and maintain Earned Value Management (EVM) processes.
• Support development and delivery of Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs).
• Establish and maintain program logs including Work Authorization, Contract Modification Logs, and Risks & Opportunities (R&Os).
