Job summary

RTX is seeking a Financial Program Controls Analyst for the Naval Standard Missile Systems program. The hybrid role supports early contract planning, large internal investments, and obsolescence mitigation while coordinating with program leadership and functions across the organization.

Candidates will manage cost/schedule analysis, EAC development, and senior-level reporting. The position offers relocation options and comprehensive benefits within a dynamic defense environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting, finance or business or equivalent experience.
• Experience interfacing with contracts, operations and engineering.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain U.S. government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide cost and schedule analysis for programs.
• Coordinate quarterly EAC development with program team.
• Deliver financial guidance and reporting to leads.
• Prepare finance charts for reviews and reporting.
• Support EVM implementation and maintenance.
• Contribute to CDLLs and program logs.
