Job summary

RTX is seeking a Financial Program Controls Analyst for the Naval Shipboard Portfolio in Tucson, AZ. This role partners with program leadership to manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost/schedule analyses on a new NSMS production phase. A security clearance is required and U.S.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business or equivalent experience, or an Advanced Degree with 3+ years.
• Experience interfacing with Contracts, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain in program development and execution.
• Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required for clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting, risk identification, and financial planning with independence.
• Provide thorough cost and schedule analysis.
• Coordinate the development of quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC).
• Provide financial guidance to Program Team and Leads.
• Prepare finance charts for PM reviews, OOs, and reporting activities.
• Maintain Earned Value Management processes.
• Contribute to Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs).
• Establish and maintain program logs (Work Authorization, Contract Mod Log, R&Os).
