Databricks seeks a Senior Staff Strategic Product Operations Manager to architect our internal operational ecosystem. Lead the creation of an Operational Association, ensuring data-driven, transparent product investments aligned with global commercial strategy.

You will bridge engineering velocity with market impact, transforming ambiguous signals into clear business insights, and guiding a high-growth SaaS platform's PDLC evolution.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of professional experience in strategy, PM, or ops within tech.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical/analytical field; MBA preferred.

Responsabilités

• Define and govern strategic engagement between Engineering, Product, and GTM.
• Lead initiatives to scale global Support operations and KPI frameworks.
• Translate pain points into product/tooling requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Build dashboards to measure support effectiveness and customer experience.
• Support planning cycles with Finance and Workforce Management.
