Job summary

Databricks seeks a Senior Strategy & Operations Program Lead to drive the Accenture Databricks Business Group operating model. You will own governance, portfolio management, and execution cadence for joint initiatives, and oversee an investment program accelerating innovation with Accenture.

You will design and scale a global operating framework, ensure predictable delivery, and measure impact via dashboards and KPIs. Collaboration across GTM, Legal, Finance, Product is essential.

• Strong business operations and portfolio management leadership skills in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Ability to build and lead cross-functional virtual teams across GTM, Finance, Product, Legal, and Partner organizations.
• Strategic, analytical mindset with bias for action; rigorous, transparent, and auditable execution.

Responsibilities

• Establish governance, operating cadence, and delivery standards for joint initiatives between Databricks and Accenture.
• Maintain an end-to-end portfolio view covering pipeline, programs, dependencies, financials, and risks.
• Lead executive and operational cadences to drive decisions and align stakeholders.
• Develop KPI dashboards and reporting for revenue, utilization, program status, and outcomes.
• Define standardized tools and templates for planning, governance, and reporting across regions.
• Collaborate across functions to define a strategic investment framework aligned with PMO governance.
