Job summary

Databricks is seeking a senior Partner Strategy & Operations leader to scale our Partnerships GTM. You will partner with VPs to set strategy and drive mid-to-long-term goals, then execute initiatives with scalable processes, data-driven insights, and strong cross-functional influence across the company.

You will collaborate with Partnerships, Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, and other GTM teams, reporting to the Director of Partner Strategy and Operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of strategy & operations experience in SaaS, consulting, or finance.
• Experience partnering with VP-level GTM stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build scalable, data-driven programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to one or more Partner VPs and drive executive-level insights.
• Lead analyses, strategies, and deliverables (e.g., board materials, QBR).
• Define and manage high-impact cross-functional programs end-to-end.
• Own operating cadence and provide performance visibility against targets.
• Inform and enhance partner strategy with field voice and data analysis.
• Generate deep-dives into performance trends with actionable outcomes.
• Guide annual GTM planning, long-range modeling, KPI setting, and headcount planning.
