Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Senior Staff Strategic Product Operations Manager to architect its internal operational ecosystem. You will lead the intersection of technical innovation, product lifecycle maturity, and GTM acceleration within Engineering.

You will design high-fidelity frameworks, ensure agility, and align product investments with long-term commercial strategy across a global platform.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of professional experience in relevant strategic/operational roles.
• Experience designing scalable operational frameworks for SaaS or enterprise tech.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts for exec audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern the Eng–Product–GTM engagement model with apposite milestones.
• Lead strategy initiatives to scale global support operations and KPI frameworks.
• Translate operational pain points into product/tooling requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Build dashboards to measure support effectiveness and product trends across channels.
• Support planning cycles: headcount, capacity modeling, and budget alignment with Finance.
• Turn operational insights into data-driven narratives for senior leadership.
