You will lead an Operational Association, designing high-fidelity frameworks that keep engineering agile while ensuring data-driven investments aligned with long-term commercial strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 9 years of professional experience in Management Consulting, Product Strategy, Technical Program Management, or Operations within the technology sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, mathematical, or analytical field; MBA highly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience designing and scaling operational frameworks or internal software systems in a high-growth SaaS/enterprise environment.
• Expert-level ability to navigate large datasets using SQL-based tools and BI platforms to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern the strategic engagement model between Engineering, Product, and GTM.
• Evaluate investments with resource allocation, unit economics, and opportunity costs for scaling the platform.
• Transform multi-dimensional data signals into coherent business insights for senior stakeholders.
• Lead the evolution of the product development lifecycle to remove bottlenecks and improve throughput.
• Translate engineering velocity into market impact and align outcomes with strategic goals.
