Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to drive end-to-end GTM for Forward Deployed Engineering and Training, coordinating with account teams and customers on complex, multi-workstream engagements spanning data and AI. You will independently shape engagements, lead advanced selling of PS&T programs, and drive account growth across large customers.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years leading a Professional Services line of business.
• 10+ years in senior customer-facing roles with influence and execution.
• Deep knowledge of PS&T offerings and partner funding programs (Microsoft, AWS, Google).
• Strong understanding of Databricks architecture and migrations.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale programs and service delivery.
• Willingness to travel up to 25–50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end GTM for FDE and Training with multiple workstreams.
• Drive full-cycle PS&T sales and enable Centers of Excellence and migrations.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customers to meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with Sales and GTM teams to prioritize regional PS&T targets.
• Monitor customer sentiment and take corrective actions to ensure high satisfaction.
