Databricks is seeking a Senior Staff TPM to lead high-impact, cross-functional programs at scale. You will partner with engineering, product, design, field, legal, and marketing to define structure, drive execution, and ensure successful launches that translate into customer adoption and business impact.

This role offers direct access to senior leadership, the chance to shape platform investments, and the opportunity to build scalable operating models that endure beyond individual programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large-scale, cross-functional programs in enterprise software or B2B tech.
• Experience delivering end-to-end product launches across geographies and functions.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Influence roadmap and prioritization, not just delivery.
• Credibility with engineers and executives; strong communication with VP/C-level.
• Track record building scalable processes and operating models.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Program Leadership from scoping to launch and adoption.
• Align engineering, product, design, field, legal, and marketing around a shared plan.
• Partner with field teams and customer success to drive launches.
• Build early access programs and translate feedback into priorities.
• Identify bottlenecks and design scalable processes for long-term adoption.
• Communicate with senior leadership and provide risk updates.
