Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Senior Staff Strategic Product Operations Manager to architect our internal operational ecosystem and orchestrate the intersection of technical innovation, product lifecycle maturity, and GTM acceleration.

You will create a formal Operational Association, design high-fidelity frameworks, and ensure alignment of product investments with the company’s long-term commercial strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 9 years of professional experience in Management Consulting, Product Strategy, Technical Program Management, or Operations in tech.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical/analytical field; MBA preferred.
• Experience designing and scaling operational frameworks or internal software systems in a SaaS/enterprise environment.
• Expert-level ability to navigate large datasets using SQL-based tools and BI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern the engagement model between Engineering, Product, and GTM; align product milestones with field readiness and revenue velocity.
• Advise leadership on investments; analyze resource allocation and unit economics.
• Transform disparate data signals into clear business insights for senior decision-makers.
• Lead evolution of the product development lifecycle; design scalable improvements to throughput.
• Bridge the gap between technical execution and business value for senior stakeholders.
