Okanagan Specialty Fruits Inc. seeks a Sales Development Manager to lead brokers and strategic key accounts across all channels, including retail, food service, wholesale, K-12, hospitality, and convenience.

You will drive growth through strong relationships and insights into account needs while working in a fast-paced, cross-functional team. The role requires a 4-year degree and 5+ years in produce sales, with expertise in category management, sales forecasting, and key account development.

Formación

• 4-year college degree in business, ag-business, ag-marketing or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in produce sales and account management functions, with cross‑functional collaboration.
• Strong sales acumen with category management, forecasting and key account development.
• Proficiency with MS Office; CRM experience highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead external communication with assigned key strategic accounts via business reviews and forecasting.
• Support go-to-market strategies with the sales team and provide solutions for business success.
• Manage customer pricing in line with budgets and growth plans.
• Collaborate with marketing on promotions to increase revenue and sales movement.
• Build relationships with customers, brokers, and stakeholders; address day-to-day issues.
