Okanagan Specialty Fruits Inc. in Oregon seeks a Sales Development Manager who will manage brokers and strategic key accounts across channels, driving profitable growth through strong relationships and deep understanding of account needs.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain, lead business reviews, forecast growth, and support pricing strategies. Travel as needed to service customers and exhibits.

Formación

• 4-yr college degree in business, ag-business, ag-marketing or related field.
• 5+ years' experience in produce sales and account management.
• Experience cross-department collaboration.
• Strong sales acumen with category management and forecasting.
• Knowledge of K-12, DoD contracts and USDA school programs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead external communication with key strategic accounts via business reviews and forecasts.
• Collaborate with sales to support go-to-market strategies and resolutions.
• Manage customer pricing in line with budgets.
• Forecast accounts and develop mutual KPIs with customers.
• Coordinate with marketing on promotions and calendars.
• Maintain industry awareness on competition, markets, and trends.
• Build and maintain strong broker and customer relationships.
